Key Responsibilities

1. Project Design & Content Development

  • Develop new project ideas in education and skills.
  • Prepare and review educational content, training modules, and manuals.
  • Write and update step-by-step guidelines (SOPs) for project delivery.
  • Collaborate with communities, schools, and government officials to ensure projects meet local needs and align with relevant policies.

2. Monitoring Tool Development

  • Create and update simple tools and forms to track project activities.
  • Train staff on how to use the tools.
  • Collect and organize data for regular reviews and decision-making.

3. Project Implementation & Monitoring

  • Support field teams to carry out activities as planned.
  • Visit field sites to monitor progress and provide feedback.
  • Help solve problems quickly to keep activities on track.
  • Coordinate with operations for logistics, budget, and reporting.
  • Liaise with government officials, community leaders, and other stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and ensure the smooth implementation of initiatives.

4. Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare monthly update reports with progress, challenges, and lessons learned.
  • Share reports with management, government stakeholders, and partners.
  • Work with the communications team to highlight program successes and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in education
  • 2–3 years' experience in education program design, content development, or project operations.
  • Experience working with government officials, schools, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong skills in training design, content preparation, and monitoring.
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and work plans.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to field sites.
