We're Hiring: Programming Coordinator (Kids' Coding Programs)

Location: Mojaru Education Technologies Ltd., Dhaka

Job Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do:


• Design and coordinate engaging coding programs (Scratch, Python basics, Robotics, Game/App Development).


• Plan class schedules, manage instructors, and ensure smooth delivery of lessons.


• Communicate with parents/guardians about student progress, events, and achievements.


• Organizes competitions, showcases, and workshops to make coding fun and exciting.


• Manage program registration, attendance, and progress reports.


• Work closely with our team to continuously improve curriculum and learning resources.

What We're Looking For:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Education, or related fields.


• 1–2 years of experience in coding instruction, child education, or EdTech program coordination.


• Strong knowledge of kids-friendly programming tools (Scratch, Blockly, Python basics, JavaScript, etc.).


• Excellent communication skills to interact with students and their parents/guardians.


• Creativity, leadership, and passion for teaching technology to kids.


• Bonus: Experience in Robotics, App Development, or Game Design.
