Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, confirmation, and documentation of detailed designs, ensuring technical adequacy and compliance with project requirements and environmental standards.

  • Contract Administration and Supervision, ensuring quality, timely execution, and adherence to contractual and safeguard requirements.

  • Oversee implementation and compliance of environmental, social, and gender-related safeguards, including EMPs, labor standards, and grievance redress mechanisms.

  • Assist in procurement planning, bid preparation, evaluation, and contract finalization for goods in accordance with ADB procedures.

  • Monitor project progress and outcomes, prepare regular progress and completion reports, and ensure compliance with loan covenants and performance indicators.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering or from Architecture discipline; postgraduate degree will be preferred.

  • At least 15 years of professional experience out of which 10 years in design and construction of building works.
