Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Deputy Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and manage team performance. Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, coordinating projects, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and liaising with various departments to ensure effective communication and workflow. The Deputy Manager will also be responsible for identifying areas of improvement and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in Bangladesh
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in a managerial role within a similar industry is a plus
