๐„๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฒ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐“๐ฒ๐ฉ๐ž: Full-Time [8 pm - 5 am] Night shift

๐„๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž ๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐: 3โ€“5 Years in a similar role (BPO/call center experience preferred)

๐‘๐ž๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ง๐ž๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: BDT 45,000 to 60,000 (Based on experience)

๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:

  1. Lead and motivate a team of agents to meet and exceed campaign goals

  2. Monitor and improve daily performance, call quality, and productivity

  3. Provide training, feedback, and support to team members

  4. Manage reporting, schedules, and ensure campaign compliance

  5. Handle escalations and support team in client interaction when needed

  1. 3โ€“5 years of experience as a Team Leader (preferably in a sales or service campaign)

  2. Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills

  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  4. Positive attitude, goal-driven mindset, and a passion for team success
