Role Description

This is a full-time Deputy Manager role located on-site in Dhaka. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with various departments, implementing strategic plans, and ensuring efficient resource management. The role involves monitoring project progress, managing team performance, and preparing detailed reports for senior management. The Deputy Manager will also be expected to lead meetings, facilitate training sessions, and maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
