Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader in Business Development, located in Dhaka. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing a business development team, generating leads, and developing strategic business plans. The day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, coordinating with the sales team, overseeing lead generation activities, and ensuring that the team meets sales targets. The role requires excellent communication and leadership skills to drive the team towards achieving business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Proficient in Lead Generation techniques and strategies
  • Experience in Team Management and Team Leadership
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for market trend analysis
  • Ability to work on-site in Dhaka
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in business development or a related field is advantageous
