Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Deputy Manager will oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure that business objectives are met. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency. The role also involves budgeting, reporting, and providing leadership to enhance talent development and team performance.
