We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Business Case Manager
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and evaluating business cases that support project planning, decision-making, and strategic investments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business insight, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive business cases and proposals to support new initiatives, projects, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and technical departments to gather relevant information and insights.
  • Analyze business problems and assess the financial, operational, and strategic impacts of proposed solutions.
  • Prepare feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments.
  • Present findings and business cases to stakeholders and senior management to support informed decision-making.
  • Track business case outcomes and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuously update and improve business case templates, tools, and methodologies in line with industry best practices.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure all business case data is accurate, complete, and stored securely.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business analysis, strategic planning, or project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with business analysis tools is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing or software industry is a strong advantage.
