About NextStep Global

NextStep Global, an international education consultancy, is looking for a
Business Manager
to oversee operations, partnerships, and student recruitment. We provide end-to-end guidance in admissions, visa support, career counselling, and global opportunities, with a strong presence in the UK–Bangladesh corridor and beyond.

Role Overview

The Business Manager will oversee the daily operations, business development, and strategic initiatives of NextStep Global. This role requires strong leadership, operational efficiency, and business acumen to ensure smooth execution of consultancy services, team performance, and financial growth.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of NextStep Global across all offices.
  • Implement efficient processes, policies, and workflows to improve productivity.
  • Monitor student recruitment targets, conversion rates, and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with UK, Bangladesh, and international education regulations.

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Build and manage partnerships with universities, colleges, and training providers.
  • Drive new business opportunities, including agent networks and institutional collaborations.
  • Identify and expand into new markets for student recruitment.

Financial & Strategic Management

  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Track KPIs and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
  • Support the CEO in long-term growth planning.

Team Leadership & HR

  • Lead, train, and supervise the recruitment and counselling teams.
  • Create a performance driven culture with clear targets and incentives.
  • Manage hiring, onboarding, and staff development programs.

Marketing & Client Relations

  • Oversee marketing campaigns (digital and offline) for student recruitment.
  • Enhance brand visibility in international education markets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and trust.

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
  • 3+ years management experience in education consultancy.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and financial skills.
  • Knowledge of UKVI/student visa processes is a must.
