Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Manager located in Dhaka. The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing business strategy and planning, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring the efficient functioning of business processes. The role includes managing budgets, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing market trends, and driving business growth. The Business Manager will also be responsible for team leadership, decision-making, and solving operational challenges.

  • Strong skills in Business Strategy, Planning, and Analysis
  • Experience in Operations Management and Process Optimization
  • Excellent skills in Budget Management and KPI Monitoring
  • Team Leadership and Decision-Making skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with market research and trend analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Previous experience in a managerial role is a plus but not required
