This role institutionalizes performance discipline—embedding KPI governance, analytics, and insight-driven leadership reporting to steer Aarong's strategic and financial outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the organization's KPI framework across business and impact metrics.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for business performance and trend analysis.
  • Lead quarterly MD performance reviews and governance cadences.
  • Partner with functional heads to translate data into actionable improvement plans.
  • Standardize business performance reporting consistent with BRAC's performance culture.
  • Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives within performance reporting.
  • Anticipate emerging business needs and evolve KPIs and reporting frameworks accordingly.

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's Degree (preferably in CSE/MIS/Economics/Statistics/Data Analytics/Business or related fields) from any reputed university.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in experience in strategy, analytics, or corporate performance roles.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect metrics to enterprise value.
  • Advanced skills in visualization, storytelling, and strategic communication.
  • Proven ability to manage data integrity and insight generation.
