Job Title: Executive – Pre-Sales Engineer (Surveillance, Electromechanical, IT)

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in developing proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and timelines, to communicate solutions to clients.

Create quotations based on sales team data and client requirements.

Communicate with foreign principals via email and other platforms for product details and support.

Prepare preliminary cost estimates and work closely with the sales team to meet client requirements.

Support the sales team by providing technical input, answering client queries, and helping address objections.

Assist in smooth handover to the post-sales team with required documentation and technical insights.

Prepare Bills of Quantity (BOQs) from survey data and hand them over to the sales team.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Use CRM systems to manage leads, Quotation, update customer interactions, and generate reports.

Educational Qualifications:

B.Sc in EEE, CSE, or a related field from a reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:

1–2 years of relevant experience in pre-sales engineering, preferably in surveillance solutions.

Additional Requirements:

Basic understanding of CCTV, access control, and surveillance technologies.

Strong communication skills, especially for handling clients and principals.

Ability to prepare quotations, proposals, and BOQs with accuracy.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.

Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively with sales and technical teams.
