Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales

  • Support client meetings, product demos, and presentations alongside senior team members.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, solution blueprints, agreements, and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams in gathering client requirements.
  • Learn and contribute to responses for RFPs/RFIs under supervision.

Marketing

  • Assist in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and update MiHCM's social media presence with engaging content.
  • Support in preparing marketing materials (brochures, presentations, case studies, videos).
  • Help coordinate events, webinars, HR summits, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.

Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply (no prior experience required).

Good communication skills in English & Bangla.

Willingness to learn about software solutions, HRTech, and cloud platforms.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Creativity, enthusiasm, and a proactive learning attitude.
