Role: Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

*Identify and generate new business opportunities.

*Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company targets.

*Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, meetings, and networking events.

*Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

*Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients (local and global), government agencies, and others (where applicable).
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their business needs.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

*Technical Consultation & Solution Selling:

  • Work closely with technical teams to develop proposals, conduct demonstrations, and deliver presentations.
  • Recommend solutions that best fit the customer requirements.
  • Strong understanding of company's product and solutions.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to offer the best solutions to customers.

*Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

  • Keep up to date with trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
  • Analyze market demands and provide insights to improve service offerings.

*Proposal & Contract Management:

  • Prepare quotations, RFPs, and technical proposals.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Ensure timely order processing and follow-up on payment collections.
