Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dhaka for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also includes market research, analysis, and reporting to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to independently manage and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in interior/apartment sales market research and analysis
  • Experience in the architectural, interior design, or construction industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
