Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing& Sales Executive.

Position: Marketing & Sales Executive

Gender: Male

Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 BDT(Negotiable)

Compensation And Other Benefits
Attractive salary + sales commission + other benefits.

Salary Review: Yearly

Festival Bonus: 2

At last, 3 years of successful experience in the relevant field.

Responsibility

  • Searching for new customers and registering their information.
  • Developing relationships with existing customers through tele communication.
  • Providing after sales service.
  • Overseeing advertising and direct selling, product promotion activities.
  • Corporate sales and planning.
  • Product promotion activities, counseling with customers, corporate sales meetings, developing customer relations.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services as required
  • Must be goal oriented and able to take responsibility.
  • Regular follow-up with existing / potential customers to achieve maximum potential.
  • Keep yourself updated with all the latest by researching the current market.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets above all.

Additional Requirements And Skills

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Good communication skill in English & Bangla
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Internet / email)
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Working experience in Real Estate Sector will be preferred.

Educational And Qualifications
Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Civil Engineering (BSC) or Graduation from any discipline.
