Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dhaka, Bangladesh for a Lead Generation Specialist. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the lead generation process, and developing strategies to attract potential clients. Daily tasks include conducting market research, engaging with potential clients through various communication channels, and maintaining an organized database of leads. The Lead Generation Specialist will work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transition of leads and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in lead generation and market research
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software and lead generation tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in lead generation and client hunting (USA/EU market) is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Bengali
