In this role, you will:

  • Plan and execute impactful paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to showcase our premium treatments.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to craft visually captivating ad content that mirrors our luxurious brand image.
  • Strategically target audiences, conduct A/B tests, and analyze performance metrics to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor campaign metrics closely, prepare detailed reports, and offer actionable insights for optimization.
  • Manage digital advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and refine lead generation strategies to attract quality clients for consultations and services.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track conversions, optimize customer journeys, and stay abreast of industry trends.
  • Engage with the marketing and medical teams to align campaigns with promotional activities and brand narratives.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Demonstrated success in running digital ad campaigns, whether at an agency or in-house.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and campaign tracking software.
  • Strong analytical acumen to derive actionable recommendations from data.
  • A creative flair for storytelling that captivates and resonates with audiences.
  • Previous exposure to beauty, aesthetics, lifestyle, or healthcare marketing is advantageous.
