We are seeking a Marketing & Social Media Growth Specialist to strengthen our brand presence and accelerate user acquisition across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, creative design ability, and a passion for driving measurable growth.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow the social media presence of four brand pages (company, product, founder, ecosystem).

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to different platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok).

Develop compelling visuals (graphics, short-form videos, infographics) to enhance communication.

Engage actively with users and communities to increase awareness, trust, and interaction.

Execute campaigns that generate qualified leads and user sign-ups.

Analyze performance data and prepare weekly growth reports (engagement, impressions, conversions).

Maintain a consistent brand identity and content calendar.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

Proven understanding of social media platforms, trends, and growth strategies.

Skills in design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong writing and storytelling ability, with an eye for detail.

Analytical mindset with the ability to track metrics and adjust strategies.

Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Interest in technology, AI, or SaaS products preferred.
