Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Banani, Dhaka, for a Lead Generation & Business Development Intern. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and creating strategies to drive business growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, generating qualified leads, preparing proposals, and supporting the business development team in aligning strategies with company objectives. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how to turn market insights into actionable business strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduate or final-year student (any background)
  • Good English communication skills
  • Comfortable using Google, LinkedIn & Excel
  • Friendly, positive, and reliable
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
