Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dhaka for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting market research, and maintaining relationships with clients. Tasks will include lead generation, developing proposals, and participating in client meetings. The role requires excellent communication skills to effectively convey our services and drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for assessing market trends and business opportunities
  • Proficient Communication and Customer Service skills for client interactions and maintaining relationships
  • Experience in EOI and RFP preparation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in infrastructure or consulting industries is a plus
