Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and result-driven
Business Development Specialist
to drive our B2C sales and admissions operations in Bangladesh.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
consultative B2C sales
and the ability to manage
student enrolments in the $1,000–$3,000 USD ticket size range
. This role will involve handling leads, counselling students and parents, and ensuring conversion growth through structured sales strategies and exceptional client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle – lead generation, counselling, program presentations, conversions, and post-sales support.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment & revenue targets consistently.
  • Build trust-based relationships with students and parents, providing guidance on study abroad programs.
  • Maintain high-quality engagement with prospective students through phone, email, and in-person counselling.
  • Track and analyze sales funnel quality, identifying ways to improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and conversions in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, academic counselling) to ensure seamless student experience.

What We Are Looking For

  • Mandatory:
    Demonstrated success in B2C sales, preferably in ticket size
    $1,000–$3,000 USD

  • Minimum 2+ years of consultative B2C sales experience;
    exposure to education/EdTech is an advantage.
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal) with excellent interpersonal ability.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated with proven success in achieving revenue goals.
  • Ability to build rapport and handle objections with empathy and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
