Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor
    CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) strategies and initiatives
    aligned with company policies, buyer requirements, and international standards.
  • Ensure compliance with
    Bangladesh Labor Law
    ,
    ILO conventions
    , and buyers'
    Code of Conduct
    .
  • Maintain strong liaison with buyers, third-party auditors, and stakeholders regarding
    social, ethical, and environmental audits
    .
  • Provide
    training and awareness sessions
    for workers and management .
  • Develop CSR reports and communicate progress to senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Implement programs related to
    community engagement, environmental sustainability, worker welfare, and health & safety
    .

Requirements:

  • Education:
    Bachelor/Master's degree in Social Science, HRM, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. PGDHRM or CSR-related training/certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Experience:
    Minimum
    7–10 years
    of practical experience in
    CSR/Compliance/HR
    roles, with at least
    3 years in a managerial position
    in the
    RMG/Textile sector
    .

Knowledge:

  • Bangladesh Labor Law & Rules.
  • ILO conventions, CSR practices, and environmental sustainability.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in both
    English & Bangla
    .
  • Ability to handle buyers, audits, and compliance issues independently.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, compliance reporting tools.
