Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager (Quality-knit garments) located in Gazipur, Bangladesh. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily quality control processes, monitoring production lines, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and collaborating with manufacturing teams. The role will also involve training staff on quality procedures, troubleshooting defects, and implementing improvements to enhance garment quality.

Qualifications

  • Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills
  • Experience in managing production lines and monitoring manufacturing processes
  • Ability to train and supervise staff on quality procedures
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Knowledge of knit garment manufacturing standards
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
