Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and empathetic Sales Manager to join our team in Banasthali, Kathmandu. This is a unique opportunity to drive growth while making a tangible, positive impact on community well-being.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our client base, focusing on both individual (B2C) and corporate/organizational (B2B) channels. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a proven track record in service-based sales, capable of building lasting relationships and understanding the sensitive nature of the mental health field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development:
    Design and implement a comprehensive sales and business development strategy to achieve company growth targets.
  • Corporate & B2B Outreach:
    Proactively identify and build relationships with companies, NGOs, educational institutions, and healthcare providers to promote our services, workshops, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs).
  • B2C Growth:
    Oversee and optimize the inbound client inquiry and intake process, ensuring a compassionate, professional, and efficient experience for individuals seeking help.
  • Relationship Management:
    Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients and key partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for deeper collaboration.
  • Marketing Collaboration:
    Work closely with the clinical team to develop compelling marketing materials, presentations, and proposals that accurately reflect the value of our services.
  • Market Analysis:
    Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for service expansion within the Kathmandu Valley and beyond.
  • Reporting:
    Track sales metrics, analyze performance, and provide regular, insightful reports to the management team.
  • Brand Ambassadorship:
    Represent Psychosocial Counseling Service Pvt. Ltd. at industry events, conferences, and networking functions with professionalism and integrity.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience:
    A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar leadership role, preferably within the service, healthcare, wellness, or education sectors.
  • Communication:
    Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Language:
    Full professional fluency in both English and Nepali (written and spoken) is required for effective communication with diverse clients and partners.
  • B2B Sales:
    Demonstrated success in building B2B partnerships and managing a complete sales pipeline.
  • Personal Attributes:
    High level of empathy, emotional intelligence, and professionalism. Must be able to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
  • Initiative:
    A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and think strategically.
  • Organization:
    Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Location:
    Must be based in or able to reliably commute to our office in Banasthali, Kathmandu.
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience working in the mental health or healthcare industry.
  • An academic background or strong personal interest in psychology or psychosocial well-being.
  • Established professional network in Kathmandu.
