Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Executive located in Gazipur. The IT Executive will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, managing network administration, and overseeing IT operations. Daily tasks include maintaining IT systems, resolving user issues, ensuring network security, and maintaining hardware and software infrastructure. The IT Executive will also collaborate with other team members to provide efficient IT solutions.

Qualification:

• Diploma In Computer Science and Engineering Or Related Field.
• 1-2 Years of Experience in a relevant Field.

Requirement:

• Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure (Hardware, Software & Networking).
• Basic IT Troubleshooting, Network Support(LAN/WIFI, Windows OS & Printer)
• Install, Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the CCTV Camera System.
• Ensure smooth operation of office computer systems.
• Provide technical support to guests & staff with other concerns when necessary.
• Handle IT equipment inventory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
