About the Role:

Global Pathway Experts Limited (GPEL) is seeking an
experienced, resourceful, and well-connected Business Development Manager (BDM Manager)
with a
strong background in the EdTech or International Education Consultancy industry
.

The ideal candidate must be a
proactive leader
with an established reputation, capable of driving student recruitment, building B2B partnerships, and leading a team of BDMs across Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and supervise a
    team of Business Development Executives (BDMs)
    both inside and outside Dhaka.
  • Develop and execute
    growth strategies
    to expand GPEL's footprint in the education sector.
  • Grow and strengthen
    GPEL's B2B network
    by establishing partnerships with:
  • Schools, colleges, and universities
  • English language and test prep institutions
  • Teachers, counsellors, and education influencers
  • Student clubs and organizations
  • Identify and onboard new
    strategic partners and affiliates
    for student recruitment.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with educational institutions and corporate stakeholders.
  • Represent GPEL at
    seminars, education fairs, and institutional visits
    to promote programs and services.
  • Work closely with the marketing and counselling teams to develop
    joint campaigns, seminars, and digital initiatives
    .
  • Track team performance, analyze results, and create
    data-driven action plans
    to meet enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Ensure smooth operations, coordination, and reporting between regional teams and the head office.
  • Maintain GPEL's reputation as a
    trusted and ethical global education brand
    .

Requirements:

Minimum
5–7 years of proven experience
in Business Development, preferably within
EdTech or International Education Consultancy
.


Proven success record
in achieving B2B and B2C student recruitment or partnership targets.

Strong
industry reputation and existing network
of schools, institutions, and educators.

Excellent
leadership, communication, and negotiation
abilities.

Experience managing
multi-location teams
and achieving measurable outcomes.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Business, Marketing, or related field
.
