Position Overview-

Manager, Business Development
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, driving sales growth, and strengthening Otithee's market presence across Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, resorts, tour operators, and other travel service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close strategic partnership deals with hotels across Bangladesh.
  • Identify new market opportunities and design action plans to capture them.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to design and launch promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activities and recommend improvements in product offerings and pricing.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline progress, and revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide junior executives in achieving team targets.

Requirements-

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in business development in the
    travel, tourism or hospitality sector
    is MUST.
  • Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Bangladesh.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM tools and online sales platforms will be an advantage.
