Manager, Business Development
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, driving sales growth, and strengthening Otithee's market presence across Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities-
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, resorts, tour operators, and other travel service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and close strategic partnership deals with hotels across Bangladesh.
- Identify new market opportunities and design action plans to capture them.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to design and launch promotional campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend improvements in product offerings and pricing.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline progress, and revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and guide junior executives in achieving team targets.
Requirements-
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in business development in the
travel, tourism or hospitality sector
is MUST. - Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Bangladesh.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM tools and online sales platforms will be an advantage.
