Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Dhaka. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, developing proposals, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills, who can collaborate with the marketing team to convert leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the digital marketing industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop tailored proposals and pitch presentations to prospective clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development with marketing and service delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
  • Represent Ngital at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calls, referrals, and online channels.
  • Present and pitch Ngital's digital marketing services to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on inbound leads.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' offerings.
