Role Description

As a Business Development Manager at CHS Education, you will be responsible for driving business growth by building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing partners. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying new business opportunities, implementing sales strategies, and managing partnerships with universities and other stakeholders. You will also oversee market research to identify trends and propose innovative initiatives to enhance business performance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Partnership Management
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Analytical Thinking
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively, build relationships, and drive results
  • Experience in the education consultancy sector or a similar industry is highly beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus
