What will you do?

  • Support the team with day-to-day tasks and projects as assigned.
  • Collect and organize data for reports or presentations.
  • Work closely with supervisors and team members to learn and contribute to various projects.
  • Attend team meetings and provide input or updates on assigned tasks.
  • Help in preparing reports, presentations, or proposals as needed.
  • Assist in responding to client inquiries, handling basic requests, and providing support.
  • Help maintain positive relationships with clients or customers.
  • Actively engage in learning new skills and adapting to workplace technologies, systems, and processes.
  • Help track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables under the guidance of a supervisor.
  • Support the team in ensuring projects are completed on time.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

What skills and experience you will need?

  • Preferably, pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, Economics, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for learning.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Enthusiastic about gaining experience in business operations and contributing to projects.
