Company Overview:

Humayra Trade International is engaged in importing, sourcing, and shipping products from China to Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and phone calls.

  • Manage product sourcing from China, including order placement, payment processing, delivery coordination, and post-delivery follow-up.

  • Maintain and organize data records, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

  • Handle shipment and order fulfillment processes efficiently.

  • Track orders and provide regular updates to clients.

  • Maintain office files and paperwork in an organized manner.

  • Assist in receiving and dispatching goods.


Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred

  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Email, and social media communication.

  • Fluent in Bengali and basic English (both typing and speaking).

  • Active, accountable, and detail-oriented individual.

  • Prior experience in logistics and supply chain operations will be given preference.

  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.


Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Holiday: Friday

Location: Nikunja-2, Khilkhet, Dhaka-1229


Salary Range:

  • BDT 10,000 – 12,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

  • Performance-based bonuses and shipment target incentives available.
