Job Requirements:

·      Maintains and improves call center operations by monitoring system(s).

·      Support Call center agents by process management, aggregating or distributing Data points, active participation of Functional activities, escalated calls etc.

·      Prepares call center performance reports. Maintains quality service by following organization standards.

·      Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

·      Assist in the setting targets for individuals and teams;

·      Make outbound calls to customers, collecting different types of information and store accordingly in DB.

·      Inform customers about our products and services. Use unique selling points to highlight our product features over the call.

·      Promote products using solid selling techniques to existing and prospective customers through Tele-sales.

·      Responsible to work with stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction.

·      Listening and understanding of customer problems and provide suitable solutions to customer.

·      Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.

·      Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.

·      Refer unresolved customer complaints to designated persons for further investigation.

·      Outbound call for credit recovery,

·      Efficient coordination between sales, activation and product team

Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

3 to 10 year(s)

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • Complaint Management, Call center, Tele-sales, Credit Management, Customer Support

Additional Requirements

  • Proficient in office applications like MS word and MS Excel
  • Ability to navigate through software applications.
  • Should be keen to learn
  • Punctual and honest in manner
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Must be Fluent in Bangla & English.
  • Have the ability to train and motivate Call Center Agents  and evaluate their performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;
