Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Dhaka. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and facilitating communication between clients and internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with production, tracking project timelines, addressing client inquiries, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in account management and client relationship management
  • Experience in the textile or garment industry is a plus
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
