Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and client-focused
Account Manager / Client Servicing Manager

to join our team. This role will manage key client accounts, ensure smooth project execution, and serve as the bridge between clients and the creative, production, and strategy teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand client objectives, marketing goals, and brand guidelines.
  • Develop campaign briefs and communicate them clearly to internal teams.
  • Coordinate with creative, media, and production departments to deliver high-quality work on time.
  • Present campaign ideas, proposals, and reports to clients.
  • Track project progress, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support client strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or agency operations.
  • Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
