Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid Account Manager role at THE SM RECORDS located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining relationships, developing business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role allows for some work from home.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in account management or client relations
  • Knowledge of music industry trends and digital platforms
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Experience with project management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
