Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Accounting Manager based in Dhaka. The Finance Accounting Manager will oversee and manage all financial and accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities include preparing financial forecasts, monitoring budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and reviewing financial reports. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger management, and financial analysis.
  • Experience with compliance, regulatory standards, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to analyze data effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities with effective communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA qualification is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a managerial finance or accounting role, preferably in a related industry.
