Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Executive role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Senior Executive will oversee and execute research operations, including designing research frameworks and methodologies, managing data collection and analysis, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. They will liaise with internal teams, coordinate with field staff, and maintain collaborative relationships with clients. Additionally, the Senior Executive will contribute to strategic planning, problem-solving, and the continuous improvement of the organization's research services.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Project management, and Interpretation of both Qualitative and Quantitative methodologies
  • Strong Project Management, Coordination, and Supervisory skills
  • Excellent Communication, Client Relationship Management, and Team Collaboration skills
  • Ability to utilize research tools and software effectively for accurate data handling and analysis
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Prior experience in market research, social research, or consulting is highly recommended
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a commitment to deadlines and quality standards
