Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively pitch and sell
    ownership shares

of Beach Paradise Hotel & Resort PLC.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential investors and clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities within the real estate and hospitality sector.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, confidence, and deep product knowledge.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's business expansion goals.
- Deliver investor presentations, client meetings, and follow-up communication effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    1-2 years of proven experience

in sales—preferably in
real estate

, investment products, hotels, or resorts.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends is a strong advantage.
- High level of professionalism, confidence, and client-handling maturity.
- Ability to work independently under target-driven environments.
