Job Title: Senior Executive – HR & Admin
Location: Gulshan 2/ Mohakhali
Reports to : MD / COO

GPEL is a leading education consultancy dedicated to providing high-quality services in study abroad consultancy, test preparation, and professional development. We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Senior Executive for HR and Administration to ensure smooth operations, efficient office management, and effective talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (HR):
-Find and recruit top-quality candidates for various roles and departments
-Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new employees.
-Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policies and legal requirements.
-Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and performance documentation.
-Support employee engagement initiatives and act as a peoples' person within the organization.
-Manage budgets related to HR activities and ensure cost-effective measures.
Administration & Office Management:
-Oversee day-to-day office operations including supplies, facilities, and vendor management.
-Procurement of office supplies, IT items, and other essentials, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
-Ensure office maintenance, utilities, and equipment are functioning properly.
-Prepare and manage office budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.
-Handle project management tasks, coordinate cross-department activities, and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
-Implement office tools and technologies to improve efficiency.
-Draft, maintain, and manage basic legal documents related to office and HR operations.
-Occasionally visit vendors, partner locations, or other sites for procurement or administrative purposes.
Skills & Attributes:
-Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
-Able to perform under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Good knowledge of labor laws and basic legal principles.
-Strong IT skills, including office tools and HR software.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to train, mentor, and manage staff effectively.
-Proactive, responsible, and capable of balancing multiple priorities.
-Experience in vendor management, procurement, budget planning, and project management.
Requirements:
-Minimum 3-4 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a corporate or education services environment.
-Proven track record of efficient office and team management.
-Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently.
