Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and implement annual and monthly plans of the product of the company.

  • Conduct Market analysis and identify growth, trend and prepare and prepare new product.

  • Launching proposal and also follow up the launching activities according to the new product launching plan.

  • Defining product positioning target market and pricing strategies.

  • Prepare annual marketing budget and administrative budget as per company's strategic plan.

  • Design creative promotional campaign program and create demand to meet the sales target of the existing and new products of the company.

  • Develop marketing materials and promotional tools for sales team and healthcare professionals.

  • Arrange and conduct training for the sales force.

  • Build up team of product executive and enriching knowledge of the team members through providing guidance and coaching time to time.

  • Collaborating with regulatory supply chain teams and maintaining strong relationship with Doctors society.
