Requirements
Contribute to the business plan and transfer cost budget process.
Provide operational direction to lead, develop, and manage the recovery and quality work in all areas of the retail store.
Partner with all other areas to proactively allocate resources in order to meet the changing needs of the company.
Define and implement key activities that enhances continuous organizational preparedness and recovery.
Identify risk-based emergency preparedness initiatives that align to geographical, regional, and business threats. identify recovery strategies to mitigate impacts and recover operations as quickly as possible.
Manage vendors and requirements that align with program needs, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Establish regular reporting requirements to review progress and mitigate potential issues. discuss recommendations and findings.
Liase with other team to ensure accurate data extracted and used in model calibration
Support platform Risk Data Leaders with portfolio analysis and project management to provide insights
Assist in conducting business impact analysis with definition of critical time-sensitive functions and identification of minimum required resources for business recovery
Assist in the design, development, and documentation of work area (business function) business recovery plans
Assist with business recovery plan exercises
Evaluating the financial health of a Credit Portfolio and determine the financial risks associated with a potential client
Maintain detailed records of approvals and rejections, ensuring proper documentation of execution or non-execution status.
Update and manage the Register for written-off with accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare comprehensive reports for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring they meet required standards.
Stay informed on industry trends and incorporate best practices into reporting processes.
Respond to daily internal and external correspondence with precision and ensure timely submission.
Maintain a record of all correspondence for audit and operational purposes.
Work closely with all team members to achieve organizational goals and provide support for recovery efforts.
Execute any additional responsibilities assigned by management as needed
