Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Computer, Bachelor of Science (BSc)

CCNA, CCNP, MTCNA

Experience

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  ISP

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 22 years

  • knowledge on Mikrotik Router, Cisco, IBM Server, Dell Server, EPON OLT, and GPON OLT.

  • Planning & Designing of Fiber Optics Network with FT Tx

  • Strong knowledge of IP subnetting, Mikrotik firewall configuration, NAT, port forwarding, and various bandwidth control methods.

  • Familiarity with NMS/OSS platforms and network monitoring tools (Zabbix, Cacti, The Dude, Libre NMS, etc.).

  • Working with Different types of Switching Server (VLAN, TRUNKING, VTP, STP, RSTP etc.) and GPON OLT, ONU etc

  Responsibilities & Context

  • Capable of writing and maintaining technical documentation and network diagrams.

  • Must have a strong understanding of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and LAN/WAN setup.

  • Meet with customers to gather requirements and provide solutions both over the phone and in person.

  • Monitor Network Devices of the Company and Customer Network.

  • Maintain network diagrams, GIS maps, and inventory logs.

  • Implement and manage VLANs, routing policies, and traffic policing across the network.

  • Manage Linux-based servers (FTP, Radius, ERP, PABX).Coordinate field teams for network maintenance and installations.

  • Provide Level 2/3 support and manage SLA-based ticket resolution.

  • Maintain network diagrams, GIS maps, and inventory logs.
