Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor/Honors, Higher Secondary
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged)/Beverage
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Supervise and coordinate production line operations to meet daily production targets.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and food safety regulations.
- Monitor and maintain equipment functionality and production efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals.
- Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and material usage.
- Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with quality control, maintenance, and supply chain departments.
- Conduct regular safety and hygiene audits on the production floor.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, including disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports for management review.
