Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Planning Manager located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing production planning and scheduling, managing inventory levels, and coordinating procurement activities. Daily tasks include meeting production targets, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The role also involves continuous process improvements and maintaining strong communication with various departments to streamline operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management
  • Strong understanding of procurement activities and supply chain management
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Analytical skills for process optimization and continuous improvement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Experience in the textile or garment industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
