Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager based in Narayanganj Sadar Upazila. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department, managing recruitment processes, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, and maintaining employee records. Daily tasks will include handling employee relations, performance management, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and facilitating training and development programs. The HR Manager will also work closely with leadership to create and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources Management skills, including recruitment and employee relations
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
  • Proficient in maintaining employee records and handling performance management
  • Knowledge of labor regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Narayanganj Sadar Upazila
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Previous experience in the apparel and fashion industry is a plus
