Responsibilities & Context

Managing the overall Marketing & Merchandising department. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing existing accounts, and identify new customer segments.
Recruiting, training, motivating and evaluating the sales team to achieve targets and improve performance.
Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with clients finalize sales and ensures profitability.
Staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies.
Collaborating with the design and product development teams to create and offer products that meet customer needs and markets demands.
Maintaining clear communication with internal teams ( production, merchandising) and external stakeholder ( clients, suppliers).
Developing and executing merchandising plans to ensure optimal product presentation and placement, driving sales.
staying informed about the latest knitting techniques, fabrics and trends in the knitwear market.
Ensuring timely delivery and quality control of knit garments.
Managing the overall marketing and Sales department.
