About the Role

Serp Cat is looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Customer Support Specialist
to join our growing SEO agency team. You'll be the first point of contact for our SaaS clients worldwide, helping them resolve inquiries, guiding them through our processes, and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our services. Your role will be crucial in building strong client relationships while working closely with our internal teams to deliver outstanding support.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels.
  • Collaborate with account managers, SEO strategists, and marketing teams to manage feedback and resolve client concerns related to campaigns, reports, and deliverables.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our SEO services, tools, and methodologies to provide accurate information and clear guidance.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior team members, following established processes and SLAs.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally by sharing feedback that helps improve services and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Diploma/degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a customer support or client-facing role, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or an agency environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain professional, empathetic, and solutions-focused.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing time effectively.
  • Quick learner who can adapt to new tools and processes while applying feedback constructively.
