Overview

Requirements

Prior experience in sales, client support, or customer service — preferably in the software industry

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with CRM software and support ticketing systems

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to client queries via email, phone, and chat

Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Build and maintain client relationships to ensure long-term retention

Visit client offices for demos, rapport-building, and deal closing

Troubleshoot client issues and escalate to technical team when necessary

Collaborate with product development by sharing client feedback and improvement ideas
